• Sliding a pizza in and out of an oven or barbecue would often result in burned arms or dropped pizzas. Not anymore! The perforated stainless steel paddle is thin yet sturdy enough to easily slide under whatever it is you’re creating, unlike wooden peels which are often too thick to do the job. And now, with our new extra large pizza peel, even large and family size pizzas are easily transferred to and from your pizza oven, grill, steel or stone.
• Constructed from quality stainless steel, the extra large paddle size measures 12 x 15 inches.
• With the handle fully extended, the extra large pizza peel measures 26 inches long, long enough to keep your hands and arms away from the heat of the oven - no more burned arms!
• The comfort grip rubber handle is cleverly designed to fold away for easy storage, or, if you prefer, the handle also includes a hole for hanging storage.

NOTE

DO’S:

• Sprinkle with flour, cornmeal or milled wheat bran to allow the pizza, bread and baked goods to slide easily onto and off the peel.
• Hand wash in warm, soapy water. Scrap off any excess food or crumbs from the peel using a soft sponge. Dry immediately.
• Use the peel to carefully place the pizza onto a pizza stone, baking sheet or tray
• Use a wooden cutting board for slicing the pizza once ready

DON’T’S:

• Do not soak or use abrasive scrubbers. Not dishwasher safe
• Do not put the pizza dough directly onto the peel without some kind of coating
• Do not leave the pizza peel for a long time in the oven to avoid the silicone handle from burning out
• Do not slice the pizza directly on the peel. It may damage your knife blade or leave scratches on the peel
