Designed for confident launches and smooth transfers, the G.a Perforated Pizza Peel combines a lightweight hard-anodized aluminum head with a warm walnut wood handle for better control around high-heat ovens. Its rectangular 14" × 17" surface provides generous support for homemade pizzas while maintaining a balanced, easy-to-handle profile.
Built for Better Launches
A thin, beveled front edge helps the peel slide smoothly beneath stretched dough and finished pizzas. The perforated surface allows excess flour or cornmeal to fall away before the pizza enters the oven, helping reduce burnt flour on the crust and oven surface.
Lightweight Control
The aluminum construction keeps the peel lighter and easier to maneuver than a comparable steel tool. With a 35" overall length and an 18" handle, it provides additional reach when working with hot indoor or outdoor pizza ovens while keeping your hands farther from the heat.
Hard-Anodized Aluminum
The peel head is made from hard-anodized aluminum for a durable, wear-resistant surface suited to repeated pizza making. Its dark matte finish also gives the tool a clean, understated appearance that fits naturally into the G.a Pizza collection.
Walnut Wood Handle
The walnut wood handle brings warmth and a comfortable tactile grip to the lightweight aluminum construction. Its balanced shape is designed for controlled lifting, launching, and retrieving without unnecessary bulk.
Made for Home Pizza Ovens
Suitable for use with:
- Wood-fired pizza ovens
- Gas pizza ovens
- Electric pizza ovens
- Outdoor brick ovens
- Conventional ovens where sufficient clearance is available
Use the peel for transferring pizzas, flatbreads, and similar baked foods into and out of the oven.
Care & Use
This pizza peel is designed as a transfer tool and should not remain inside a hot oven.
Do not leave the peel in the oven during preheating, baking, or while the oven is operating. Prolonged exposure to high heat may cause the aluminum head to warp or become damaged.
Allow the peel to cool naturally after use and clean according to the product care instructions.
