The G.a Detachable Pizza Peel combines a generous 14" × 14" perforated aluminum head with a removable 17" handle, giving you the reach needed around the oven and the flexibility to store the tool more compactly when pizza night is over.

The square 14" × 14" head provides a stable surface for pizzas, flatbreads, and other baked foods.

A thin, beveled front edge helps the peel slide beneath stretched dough and finished pizzas with less resistance, making transfers into and out of the oven feel more controlled.

Perforated for Cleaner Handling

The perforated surface allows excess flour or semolina to fall away before the pizza reaches the hot baking surface.

This helps reduce loose flour entering the oven while also keeping the aluminum head lighter and easier to maneuver.
